Yes I think that's fine ff says mine is short I think it's because implantation is more common around that day, which would mean i wouldn't get a chance because my progesterone started dropping 5dpo last cycle well that's what I assume it means when temps start dropping. I will have to look into getting something to help my lp if it's the same this cycle.

So weird! I keep thinking my thermometer is broken every morning because it's exactly the same, but I turn it on, it flashes blank, put it in, wait til it beeps. Seems like I'm using it correctly even if I am half asleep. We're going away this weekend so I'll likely have a couple drinks and temp at a different time so maybe we'll see what happens. I've also noticed my OPKs are getting darker, ALMOST positive now (they look almost the same in terms of darkness). Hoping I O soon!

Natalie does temp lowering mean progesterone is lowering? Is that how you know? At least there are things your can do if your lp is a bit short

Yay exciting alligator! How long are your cycles usually? What cd are you on now?

Toadly - I have no idea! This is my first cycle post MC...if you go by a d&c date as the start of a new cycle I'm cd24. But, I got my first negative HPT a week ago today, so I know my hormones and my body are messed up, and I may not even O this month, or I may O soon. I am temping more to have an idea of what my body does so that next month I can start to figure things out (and, honestly, it helps me to do these small things, rather than feeling like I'm doing nothing and have zero control). My doctor told me my period would return in 4-8 weeks...4 weeks would be on Wednesday, so I'm holding my breath AF will come within a week or so, but could be longer! MC is so frustrating for so many reasons

Oh and - before my pregnancy and MC my cycles were religiously 28 days, sometimes 28.5 (instead of the AM, AF would show in the PM, for example). The off month they were 29 days but that was unusual, maybe 2 times a year.

Yes, for me my temps started declining at 5dpo which must have been my progesterone dropping which really isn't helping. I had 3 declining temps from 5dpo a slight increase and a big dip then af the next day. Although it might not be the same every cycle I've been told not to read to much into my temps and compare them it's hard not to though.

Good luck alligator fingers crossed for a positive opk in the next few days

Thanks Natalie! We are going away this weekend, just DH and I, so it would be good timing, but it is the first cycle after MC so we are not super hopeful; mostly eager for my body to get back to normal but if it works out....we won't prevent it
