I just wanted to give you all an option to try, if you haven't already....
I'm a massage and bodywork therapist (when I'm not coaching ) and a new modality that I am studying is called Bowen Therapy. I've read some interesting articles about how it may help both male and female reproductive problems.
For those of you who don't know...Bowen Therapy is similar to what you'd experience with accupressure. It is a series of 'moves' across your muscles, working with the bodies meridians to open pathways that often get blocked.
It is very non-invasive and unlike a massage you stay clothed, wearing a pair of yoga or sweat pants with a tshirt is best when having a Bowen treatment.
I do not believe any insurances cover it yet, but most practitioners charge very reasonable rates ($50-$75 session).
Additionally, swedish or hot stone massage is great to help us relax and women have reported conceiving after receiving massage treatments.
I just wanted to put a few ideas out there that aren't in the form of a pill. Alternative medicines can bring wonderful results. If anyone would like more info on Bowen or benefits of massage feel free to message me.
