I'm new here and this is my first post.
My partner and I are not currently trying for a baby (yet), as the circumstances are not quite right at the moment. We both hope to be parents one day.
However, we were a little careless around my time of ovulation this month and I'm beginning to wonder if I may be pregnant. My period was due either yesterday or today, and there's no sign of it. I started having some cramps two days ago, and then stronger ones yesterday, but no bleeding. This is unusual for me, and I'm wondering if it's a sign? I've also had a little dizziness, but that could be related to some medication I am taking.
I had cramps from 2dpo, and then when my period was actually due on 15dpo i was cramping up like crazy, if i hadn't of tested positive the day before, i'd have sworn my period was just about to come on!!
I think I'll leave it a few more days before doing a test. I havent always been exactly regular, so maybe it's just a longer cycle this month.
I'm torn about what I want the outcome to be - I'd love to have a baby, but at the same time it'd be better to wait until our circumstances improve.
I'm overanalysing everything now, I think I'm even starting to imagine symptoms now that I've started reading about it on the internet!
Just to let you know, I did a test today and it was negative.
I'm equally relieved and disappointed. But at least now I can plan things out properly.
I'll do another in a few days if my period still hasnt arrived, just to make sure.
Thanks for your replies.
