Talk me out of this!

Okay, I have a regular 28 day cycle. On 12DPO I got a negative HPT. So, I stopped testing and started feeling like AF was coming. On Saturday, I should have started my period...Saturday is gone now and nothing. Is it possible to get a negative 12dpo and a positive 14dpo? If AF isn't here when I wake up, I will test but just need someone to not let me get my hopes up like I'm doing right now. This is the first time I've been late since I started charting my period back in July.

I got a BFN at 12dpo on a FRER and a BFP at 14dpo on a FRER so it is very much possible. I thought I was out when I tested negative but felt funny at 14dpo so tested again. Good luck. Ive got my fingers crossed xx

Implantation can happen as late as 12 dpo. It can take 48 hours to produce Hcg. Fx'd for you!

Hi.
when i got pregnant last time, I waited til my period was due before testing. I tested 2 days after it was due and got a BFN, then again at 4 days and 6 days late. Finally, when my period was a week late, i got my BFP!
so it can happen. good luck for testing tomorrow!

by the time your period is due, most tests can pick up hormones at any time of day as long as you haven't been drinking too much water to dilute it.
Your hormones double about every 48 hours after implantation so a negative on 12dpo and positive at 14dpo is very, very possible. Good luck!!

I caved and tested today..I see something faint but I'm not really sure. If I was indeed pregnant..wouldn't it be a blazing positive by now?

my girst two positive tests were quite faint. so i ended up buying a clearblue digital test that says "pregnant" or "not pregnant", and also, how many weeks you are. theyre not cheap, but it was worth it to be sure
