Ok so this is my first round of clomid, pos opk on CD18 & 19 and today is CD22. For the past 4days (appox) i have had really sore nipples when i say sore i dont just mean a little bit i mean ALOT! Can feel them throbbing and if i cross my arms or put any pressure on them they hurt! They also look quite big and more red than normal, bbs also really vainy. This is the first time i have ovulated in ages so not sure if they are sore because of ovulation or what?? If yeah then how long does it last?
Well sore nipples and veiny boobs can happen after ovulation. I am proof! But mine aren't ever as sore as you say yours are. When I had my miscarriage I noticed that month that my nipples were redder than usual. Not darker like they say just more red. Maybe this is a good sign for you!
I always get sore nipples after ovulation for about 2-4 days, they're not really painful but I can feel it if I poke them It's a good sign of ovulation as sore nipples/boobs are caused by increased progesterone produced after ov. Fingers crossed it's your month!
Mines were very painful as you describes for 5 days around ovulation last cycle. Even just my bra touching was agony. Its not the first time i experienced that but when it happened before I wasnt keeping track of cycles so dont know if it was ovulation that time.
