hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what implantation cramping feels like. It feels like some one is pinching my uterus and ovaries all at the same time! Or like I worked out for a while and my muscles feel like they're being pulled apart ever so slightly. I'm also feeling some stretching, or pulling sensations (no pain) in my middle abdominal area. Kind of uncomfortable.
What I believe was implantation cramping in my first pregnancy (which unfortunately ended in a m/c) happened about a week after conception and it felt like period pain but only at one side. It was a slightly sharp pain, but mostly like a cramp and only lasted a few minutes.
It may have been something totally different though lol.
I'm not sure if I had ic but I think I may have a few days ago, cramping some sharpness near left hip. It's mostly gone now but can still feel slight cramping along with more cramps more central and also the feeling that i've been doing too many situps lol
