sharp pain in left pelvis/hip

Hi ladies,
This is my first post here and this is our first month of ttc. I'm in my ttw period and I *think* I've been having symptomse. I'm just hoping that I'm not imagining them or that I've just never noticed them before.

I'm 10 or 11 dpo and my symptoms include:

sharp pain in my left pelvis/hip.. this lasts for about 20 minutes a day and is when i'm sitting (during my commute or at lunch/dinner)... started around 3dpo and has happened every day... this is the one symptom that i know is new and i'm not imagining

other symptoms that could be nothing include:
lightheadedness around 3-5 dpo
full/heaving feeling around my ovaries/uterus (i can just feel everything down there and notice it more)
mild cramping, but not much at all, just a full feeling
constipation
lots of milky white cm up until yesterday... seems to have slowed down
headaches at 8-10 dpo
thought i had a metallic taste in mouth yesterday, but it could have just been aftertaste from my peach nehi
lots of burping (probably thirty times last night)
slight rise in temp. I wasn't temping this month, but I have just been curious and my temp has been gradually rising from 97.0 to 98.1 this morning. I just bought a bbt last night and i'm going to start keeping better track of it if we aren't pg and have to try again.

I took a test at 5:30 this morning because I woke up and couldn't wait to pee. It was negative so I crawled back into bed to try and start the day again. I'm worried that I'm not pregnant and the pelvic pain is something like a cyst. It's really my only symptom that I'm 100% about.

I have a doctor's appointment in about a week unless AF show and I have to postpone it.

Can I get any feedback on any of this? I would really appreciate it!

These are all excellant signs...I would be surprised if you are not pregnant! Keep testing..some people implant faster than others (not sure why) but it's absolutely fact so you are still early and have a very good chance of seeing your BFP! Do you have any FRER tests? I highly recommend those! Good Luck!

Thanks, ladies. I'm not counting myself out yet, but trying to not get my hopes up. Pelvis/hip is hurting as I sit here at the computer. My body is telling me something, I'm just hoping that it's what I want to hear!

Just wanted to bump this up and see if anyone else has experienced sharp pain in the pelvis/hip area. This makes the 10th day that I've had it. I've noticed that it happens mostly when I'm sitting and everything is more bunched up. Most of my other symptoms have subsided, but this sharp pain definitely isn't normal. No AF yet, but I'm not expecting it until Thursday or Friday. My dr. appt. isn't until the 9th.

Any ideas? A cyst? Endometriosis? Crazy pregnancy symptom?
