I don't see a second line, but i'm bad and half blind. It's too early to tell by your chart. 9dpo is still early. I think you should wait for a day or two and then get a frer and test again.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but, I ordered Fertibella and their 10 OPKs and their 10 HPTs and it was the biggest waste of money ever. I didn't even bother to use the Fertibella because a friend of mine used it and it didn't do anything for her. I took the OPKs which seemed to work fine (although I didn't conceive that month but I know it has nothing to do with the OPKs), but the HPTs suck! I used the same one you used and I got a positive. I'm talking a thick pink dark line. I was so excited and truly believed I was pregnant. I tested with that brand for 3 days straight and got positives, they even got darker! It was so weird. I finally took a FRER when I knew it would show positive if I was pregnant and it was stark white. I retested and again, negative. I asked my friend if she's used the HPTs yet and she hadn't. She waited until it was time to test and she got the same results as I did. She wasn't pregnant because she went to her gyn for a blood test and it was negative. So, truth be told, those tests are HORRIBLE for giving evaps. They are just as bad as clearblue or EPT.

With all of this being said, it doesn't mean you aren't pregnant! You need to retest with a totally different brand. Use an FRER or something (not blue dye though) and see what the results are. I'm just saying don't trust the results you got with this test if you don't want to be let down. I hate HPTs that do this because it hurts people and confuses them.

Good luck to you!
