It may just be you're still in very early pregnancy and the HCG levels haven't become strong enough to appear darker yet. And it can also depend on the sensitivity of the test. If you are definately getting pink lines within the time frame and you are worried about it maybe duck into the doctors and get a blood test to confirm. Try to think positive :-)
If your still seeing a line and you have no AF then im sure everythings fine, some people dont get darker lines until a few days after AF was due, some people dont get any lines atall until after AF due.
I have read that the sensitivity can vary within each box...even with the pricier tests. So it may just not be picking up the increase, or like they said, you may just be really early on. If you miscarried, you probably would have noticed what appeared to be AF coming on anyway.
3 Days is not a very long period and therefore the lines would probably not have that much of a difference between them. The only way to see it would be to compare them side by side. I suggest retesting in about 2-3 days. If still not darker you could either wait to see what happens or contact a doctor. You could also contact a doctor right now and he could do hcg bloodwork, you would have to return 2 days + later to see if the level double with another test. Hopes this helps.
