HELP! Which temperature should I use?

Hi, I'm using fertility friend and this month got my crosshairs for the first time, Yay! Today I'm 7DPO, but I'm confused about which temperature to input and whether it makes any difference.
I usually take my bbt at 6:30am, but I had a restless night and woke up at 4:45am. Decided to take my temp, which seemed high and is even higher when I adjust it. I then took my temp again at 6:30 (usual time) and got a temp slightly higher than the last couple of days, but much lower than the 4:45 adjusted temp.
Both temps are well above my coverline, so will it matter which I input? My concern is that my 6:30 temp was taken after less than 2 hours sleep.
Any suggestions? Thanks ladies

I personally would use the 6.30am temp, but make a note that you had less sleep than usual.

I would use the 630 one as well. It should be still fairly accurate, as long as you weren't moving around too much or got up to use the bathroom during your 4am wake up.

I would take the 6:30am temp too. Esp if you didn't get out of bed then I would think this would make the 6:30am all the more accurate. GL
