Horrible pain 5DPO??

I had ovulation pain (what I thought was) Feb. 4th..the last day of a positive opk (also assuming that is when I ovulated since it was last day of surge???) the pain has lasted days now but last night after the pain was HORRIBLE. We did not have rough sex or anything out of the normal. I compare it to labor I had so much pressure I thought maybe I had trapped gas so I went to bath room and could pee, pass wind, and bowel movement just fine and the feelling still didnt go away I had to take some tylenol to help the pain and still it did not go away it just did not hurt as bad It was in my whole pelvis region all the way to my back. I had the shakes and cold chills it hurt so bad. The ovulation pain I had was just on my right side, last night was all around. Now its all on my right side?

Called my doctor and they can not get me in for 6 days so I was told to go to emergency room. Husband is at work and I am with our son so I guess I will have to wait till he gets off work. Does this sound normal at all? I know my ticker says pressure is normal now but idk about this. I hope im not over reacting

I'm so sorry you were in such pain ! I'm 6dpo and had pretty strong cramps yesterday as well. They were constantly mild, but randomly I'd get really really sharp cramps on my ride side (same side I ovulated from). I'm not ovulating now, my temps confirmed and I took an opk just in case.. so I did a little googling.

Apparently a LOT of women had cramping at 5dpo, then some got it again around 7-8dpo and got a BFP!! It's seems to be very common. This cramping is very different than usual, it's like af cramps mixed with ovulation cramps mixed with bloated/constipation cramps! I believe I had this type of cramping with one of my miscarriages (one that lasted to 8wks), but I can't remember. Also, right after ovulation did you feel like you had a sore stomach? Like you did a lot of crunches or sit ups? My stomach was sore from very low, to all the way up to under my breasts. I thought that was VERY odd. It lasted from ov day to 4dpo.

Hopefully this is a great sign for both of us!!! Have you had any spotting? Let me know how you get on, lots and lots and lots of sticky baby dust!! xx

I hate we are having pain but YAY for not being the only one!! Id pretty much explain it how you did Taylorxx. A friend asked me if I had ever had an ovarian cyst and I have once when I was very early pregnant with son and it was milder than this but the doctor told me it was from ovulation. Its not as bad as it was last night but it feels like im bloated, constipated, trapped gas, crampy, pressure (which Im not bloated, ect) but today it has been hurting up my stomach! I was just in the bath having a feel around and though it hurt pressing on stomach it hurt more just on the left side of my pelvis. Maybe this is a good sign!! Too early to test yet but first chance I get Im taking it!

Turns out I had an ovarian cyst rupture I did not know I had a cyst I just thought it may be ovulation pain. I went to hospital today cause of it. I dont know if I am out of the running this month or not so Im keeping on hope! Ovarian cysts are not so bad and doesnt necessarily mean I cant be prego! Only time will tell!!

I came off the yasmin pill in jan had awful ov pains cramps last month which lasted over a week, this month it started with a r side stitch next to hip bone thurs night. Then fri I felt af cramps and persistent stitch which signalled to me ov. Then sat am I felt tender and sore low down just above pelvis bone, and still tender to press on r side. I've had two children, and quite intune with my body, however not experienced ov symptoms so obviously before, the pill stops eggs being released.
A few years ago before any pregnancies I ended up in a&e with suspected appendicitis which was never properly investigated and written off as ibs. I do get this from time to time and a totally different pain.
So my query is can u have underlying cysts with no other obvious signs ie regular af and no spotting in-between.
Today I felt light headed the moment I got up, I have felt tired and lethargic and just not right.
Can anyone relate to these symptoms or if u have a cyst explain more about the symptoms u have xxx
