brown blood =what???? help

heya i thought my period had started yesterday but i am unsure its dark brown sorry tmi and although theres a fair bit of it its not my normal amount filled a medium to large pad i usually go through two or three a day when i firs start so im soooooooo confused

I had that when I first stopped BC for about 5 days mid-cycle. I crossed my fingers for implantation bleeding but it was just my body trying to return to normal. It was just the start of my period (a few days earlier than expected!)
