Question for ladies who have had a chemical before

Hi ladies. I took a FRER last friday, got a great line. Took a digital Saturday, said Pregnant 1-2 weeks.
I had an odd feeling this morning, so I went out and bought 2 dollar store tests - both negative. Bought a FRER and it was negative as well.
I'm not sure when it happened, but obviously I had a chemical. Super gutted.
What I'm confused about is I'm not bleeding. Can it take a few days? Will I skip this period?

I am so sorry to hear about your chemical

I just had a chemical last month and it took about 1 week after my 1st BFP to start bleeding. It takes a while for the HCG to go down and then for your body to adjust and figure out you are no longer pregnant.

Yes it takes about a week after ur BFP... Was this your first pregnanxy?

Bleeding started this morning

Did you both start TTC right away? Or did you wait a cycle?
Hopeful- this was my second pregnancy. I have a wonderful 4 year old daughter. I see you're expecting - congrats! And h&h 9 months! How long after your chemical did you conceive?

I had a chemical in dec. lost it at 6 wks. I had a long cycle in jan and another long one in feb. but that's not the norm for me. I'm usually 28 days. I was using opks the whole time and I did ovulate bothe jan and feb but me and DH are long distance sometimes so made it hard to conceive. But this month he was home and I got my positive opk on cd 12... And yesterday just 7-8 dpo BFP. Hope it sticks!!!!
