Persistant Yeast infection in 2ww - safe to take otc meds

Hi all

I was just wondering if anyone knows whether it is safe to take over the counter meds for a yeast infection? I first got it on Saturday and it seemed to go away late Sunday and I thought I could get away without treating it but it's back today and very uncomfortable.

Thanks

PS I am away working from home this week so I can't go and see my Doctor.

I'm not sure about TTC specifically, but I know during pregnancy they recommend the creams or ovules, but not the pill form.
