That would be great sweetie!! I just know you are going to get that egg! Me...ehh...I guess I should be thankful that the dh isn't minding that the doc wants us to test for ovulation--saves the dh money right now to not have to go through labwork, etc yet...He's still in school and well...I have nearly shelled out 500.00 as it is just to find out I needed provera to bring on my period.....Men, gotto love them and what they have to put up with!

hope you all get sorted and i would say best bet to bd everyother day then you cant miss it!!! xxx
I went to my gyn today for a check up and just to be sure that everything was good since this is our first cycle TTC. He told me that although many women generally ovulate a week after the last day of their period that it can vary greatly. He also said that OPKs tended to make people crazy. His advice was to BD twice a week (every 5 days) because sperm lives for 5 days inside you. That way no matter when you OV there is always sperm waiting to catch the egg. He said that if we did that he expected to see me back in the next 4-6 months at the very latest. I pray that he's right!! HTH

That may have been confusing. He meant twice a week ALL MONTH LONG. Obviously, NOT counting during AF but every 5 days the rest of the month.

think opk have made me a little crazy this cycle. Funny thing is before I did my opk on D20 I had a feeling it was going to be +, I was cramping and achy around my ovaries/legs so maybe its just a case of looking for the O signs now and having a more relaxed approach....this may all change by next cycle tho....
I am convinced it is me as my OH has conceived in the past with a previous partner (ended in mc) but I am going back years so we aren't sure...

Waiting - I have a weird pressure today, too! Mine is not painful, is yours? Assuming so since you felt like you got punched...Mine allllllmost feels like cramps but it's not. I didn't record it because I didn't want to jinx myself into getting cramps (I know, seriously??).

On another note, I can't see anyone's chart who is on Countdown to PG because I'm not signed up! If I sign up do I have to chart there? I already do through FF.
