short luteal phase, symptoms, and testing?

i So it has been a bit since I have posted here. My hubby and I have been trying for over a year now and last month I had an hsg. I was still a little sore during my o time so we took a month off. This month I am now in the two week wait and quite confused again!

Here's what is going on:
I have a fairly short cycle. I am usually 25 or 26 days with a 10 day lp.
I didn't temp this month and i didn't use any opks just to try and relax this month.
I believe I ovulated around March 31st which means that af is due on April 10th.
I have had some mild cramping today, and i had a tiny spot on my tp this morning (possible ib??). I have also had a ton of discharge since the big o and i actually had to change my undies today (sorry, tmi) because of all the creamy cm. My boobs are incredibly sore. I usually have a dull ache in my breast during the tww but this seems to be so much more intense this month.

So my big question is when should I test if i have such a short lp? Help!

I would start testing ASAP! However, if what you had today WAS IB, it will take a few days to show, usually. If you can deal with BFN's I would test daily. With IB usually you get a BFP 2-4 days after. It took me 4 days with a $ store test to get a BFP, after IB with my last pregnancy, it also was a wipe, that I would have missed had I not been looking.

How did you go Marine lady ? I also have a short LP and am having cramping im 9DPO and my AF is due in 3 days eeek !
