Someone please help! 11/12 dpo SEVERE CRAMPING

It is 3:38 am and for the last 45 minutes Ive had constant sharp pain right where my belly button is, a bit to the right, and down lower kind of below my panty line. I took a test early this morning at 10/11 dpo and negative. Im wondering if these are implantation cramps?? AF isnt due until either April 10 (if you dont count pill withdrawal bleed) or April 24th if you do count. I dont know if im going to throw up or burp instead so I have a bowl by my side. I took midol and tums, nothing worked. I have been on the toilet almost every second with first constipation then (TMI ALERT) after much fightinf, diahrea. Please help!!!

Updaye...after an hour, it went away to twinges in the rig ht side...my stomach was gurgling to if that makes any difference. Now it feels like a gurgling/tickle on my right side....anyone??

how did it turn out ? im having the same thing right now and its been like this since 4 dpo

i had that severe diarrhea like cramping on 8 dpo. It last 12 hours, from 1pm to 1am! If it was really regular stomach problem, I would have already rushed to the washroom and finished it. It wasn't. I didn't go to the washroom once. No urge to run at all. It was just plain pain! When the pain subsided at 1am, chills followed. I was sneezy and had stuffy nose too. Today, 9 dpo, no more bad cramping, but only mild cramp/twinges.

I'm not going to take any test until I miss AF on Saturday.

I ended up having a chemical. Started bleeding severely that day. Sorry, no good news
