I already tested 13dpo BFN, so now i'm at waiting on AF... hasn't come yet but my cp seems lower and firmer so I'm afraid she'll be here soon  |

as often as possible around o, propping myself up after wards and laying there for 20-30 mins. I just layed down for 10 this time and didn't do or take anything except my prenatal! I would say just relax more and not try as hard, and it will just happen!
