Hey all you ladies that have kids or have gotten their BFP's what are some of the tip off's you experienced? It seems you girls have more know-how on the subject than most websites! I'm 9dpo and having some symptoms but all of which could be PMS. I have also just started trying bbt the past week. What is an average temp. after O? Another question...CP when do you record the position when it moves all day long! I'm tying to keep sane during the 2ww but I'm sinking in a pool of baby hopes!

My son is 8 now but I remember thinking AF was coming because I kept cramping. And I got the sharp pulling sensations in the unterus as well. Good luck to you!

My nipples were always sticking out and I had very noticeable bright blue veins all over my boobs just before I got my bfp at 9dpo.

when i was pregnant with my son, i kept getting what felt like a stitch in my side, but lower, like around my right ovary, any time i would walk any significant distance. very sharp pulling sensations in that area and AF-like cramps that faded away with no AF, all just before/while AF was due. just before AF was due, maybe by a few days, my favorite foods started to be completely unappealing, i threw out several tubs of lunch meat that i believed to have spoiled because they tasted rotten to me, (they were fine according to DH!) and i had a very distinct metallic taste in my mouth.

It seems like AF cramps are pretty consistent. I have not had any strong cramps but rather twinges (which could be me thinking about it so much, I create the twinges lol). Thanks for sharing!!

LoL. I think I created my symptoms too. Cramping, pulling, stabbing... etc. I'm at 9 dpo too.

It was cramping for me and bloating from hell. I remember measuring my tummy in the morning and then that same night and I would balloon up 2.5 inches during the day! My pants wouldn't fit by the end of the day! Was horrible! That was like 7dpo+ took first hpt 10dpo clear positive on 2 different brands.

With my first I had no symptoms, being PG didn't even cross my mind til I realized that AF hadn't shown when she normally did. I wasn't trying with him. With my second we were trying and 4 DPO my breasts became very tender. I also had a lot of CM after O. Those were my only 2 symptoms with him. Most all early PG symptoms mirror AF symptoms and your mind can definitely play tricks on you. Try to stay relaxed and not obsess about every little thing (I know, much easier said than done). I'm in full blown pregnancy hysteria I do have sore swollen bbs (not imagining that one!) Someone said in another thread yeast infection is a good sign? I saw somewhere else that a stuffy nose can be a symptom?? Anyone else?

I dont have a BFP/BFN yet. AF due on the 16th, but..... I feel like I'm getting a Yeastie Beastie on top of everything else symptom wise and I've been going from stuffy nose sometimes to runny or not really runny but dripping just a bit, which Ive read on some sites can be a symptom.

I dont feel like I have tons of CM like some people are saying they have, but idk Im sure its different for everyone.

My symptoms have been:

Hot flashes.
Cold/Flu Like symptoms but Im not sick.
Sensitive nipples and sides of breasts.
Bloated shortly around and after time I probably O'd. like my pants were tighter.
Gassy.
Queasy tummy, no prayers to the porcelain gods yet.
Insomnia when I normally sleep well. 5 hours of sleep instead of 8 hours.
Sleepy all the time, probably cause of the insomnia.


and today while taking a bath I noticed that i think maybe my nipples might be slightly larger. The viens seemed more prominent across them, but idk if it was because I was taking a bath or what. Its just that was the first time I noticed that. I'd ask my DH, but he'd probably say they look the same as always. Im sure he doesn't pay enough attention to that change.

We'll see if the ugly witch comes in 3 days!
