So confused! Implantation bleeding after missed period?

So my period should've started Tuesday which makes me 3 days late. My period pains came and went as normal but I kept getting BFN's.
So this morning I'm having this weird pain on my left side of the uterus. It lasted for about an hour and is a lot less now. It wasn't like a period pain. So I went to the toilet and when I wiped there was a spot of blood. I wiped again and there was another one. And that was it.......... Nothing anymore now.
Could this be my implantation bleeding????
With my daughter I only tested BFP 5 days after I missed my period. This is so confusing

That is confusing! I would certainly wait until you're a week late and test again to be sure. Perhaps you geared up to ovulate and never did or maybe you didn't ovulate when you thought and the spot of blood was ovulation bleeding? Just throwing some ideas. I hope that you get the answers and best wishes for a BFP!

Perhaps you geared up to ovulate and never did or maybe you didn't ovulate when you thought and the spot of blood was ovulation bleeding? Just throwing some ideas.
