1 DPO!! Which day do you guys generally start testing? I made the mistake of starting too early last month, and depressing myself every day!

This time I think I'll wait until maybe 12 dpo? what do you think?

i was in the same boat. tested very early everyday! this time i have one of those new answer tests that detect both the regular hcg hormone and the h-hcg which is what is produced when the egg is fertilized. anyway i'm going to take that one at like 7dpo just to see. then i wont test until like 10dpo if that one is negative!

Ah, smart! I didn't know about that test... Hmmm... maybe I'll check it out too. As long as it isn't blue dye I'm happy! Last month I had a false positive with blue dye. Rage!! lol

not its just like frer they are made by the same people.

i dont' do blue dye. i had a false positive on them too!

I have a bunch of Wondfo ic but will wait till at least 11DPO. Started symptom spotting and testing at 6DPO last month and drove myself mad with each negative

We tried predeed and softcups this cycle. Hopefully we get lucky because we only BD a few times around O... FX!!!

good luck! i have been using softcups since January. Used preseed last cycle and used it as a lube for dh twice this cycle.

I have tested too early and just bummed myself out far before I should have as well. I honestly think 7dpo is too early, no matter which test. I think most women are probably still implanting around then, and it takes a few days for hcg to build up in your system enough to be detected. I would wait until at least 10-12dpo. This month I bought a bunch of the Wondfo cheapies on ebay, but I'm still going to try to wait until 12-14dpo.

I think I'm going to O tomorrow... we shall see

well this test is supposed to detect the hormone that is from the fertilised egg before it implants. its the backbone for hcg. Its only one test. I already know what to expect from it i just want to see if it actually does work.

How do you like the softcups? Used them once and (TMI) noticed some bleeding when I took it out followed my several hours of uterus pain. Is this typical?? Never had either before, around O time. I get O pain but it's almost always one of my ovaries not my uterus.

I know I inserted and removed it properly and I don't have long fingernails so I don't think I caused any internal trauma. Kinda nervous to use them again.
