Babies on the brain!

As the title says. I have babies on the brain 24/7! Iv noticed a lot of us are not being able to cope with it. Maybe its in the air? Its even worse for me now because of the fact i was meant to start trying in jan but now cant. I want to give my daughter a sibling! Its not fair 😔 x

Ugh I just went to my SIL's shower today - so babies are definitely on the brain! It's like, could I please just flick a switch and no longer be obsessed for a few years. Tha'd be nice thanks.

I know exactly how you feel. I'm completely obsessed with babies right now. It's hard for me not to bring it up to my OH and see if we can start trying sooner, even though I know that he's not really willing to set an exact date yet. Even worse is that one of my friends is pregnant and another one is TTC and I'm just stuck here waiting.

I know, I do the same thing, too. I'm always thinking about having babies, and even dreaming about it! But I'm at the point now where I'll have a really broody and depressed day, and I won't even bother talking to DH about it, because for him, it's a "Well, we've already talked about it and we have a plan, so that should be good enough for you" kind of thing. So instead of saying something about what's bothering me, I'll just say "No, I'm fine" whenever he asks so it doesn't turn into this whole big thing...

The thing that sucks the most is that I know that he wants babies, too. It's just we're not financially there yet, and his pragmatism works to his favor a lot better than my emotionality working to mine. >.<

Could have written this myself! Thank god for this forum because I don't feel like I can talk about my need to have a baby as freely in the 'real' world as I can on here. I just don't think anyone would understand x

this is exactly how I feel too! constantly thinking about it, looking at what things I would buy if I were pregnant lol and I think I makes it even worse that I know when we do start trying (in Feb) its going to take forever before getting preggers lol so even more waiting then! argh! lol xx
