Looks like you are right on track. Eating clean, exercising, and taking vitamins are all important. Treat your body like you are already pregnant! And get to know your cycle so you know the best time to TTC. More basic tips for what to eat and do and focus on while TTC here. Good luck!

I'm taking prenatals and vegetarian omega 3. I'm getting fitter (already had a good base level of fitness) by training for a half marathon in September (see my siggy ) I came off the pill a couple of months ago, I'm just in my 3rd cycle and have been charting which I LOVE!

As for diet, I don't have a lot to change as we eat really well already. We could probably both do with cutting down on alcohol and I've never been into drinking tea or coffee so I don't need to cut down on caffiene. I do however wish my OH would do more exercise, although I know it's not really his thing.. just like how keeping our cars clean isn't my thing lol xx

I am charting BBT and CM, taking prenatals, and reading everything I can get my hands on! I am trying to get my diet and fitness on track as well, and DH is currently quitting smoking (yay!!)

So I getting fitter and think my cycle is fairly there, fingers crossed, I'm taking, maca, royal jelly, Angus castus, evening primrose, pregnacare conception as well as extra folic acid and taking cranberry to try and see if it has any influence on conceiving a girl (I'm not that bothered, we would love another boy) I also take although not everyday raspberry tea leaf and omega supplements.

So basically just waiting for witch to turn up

I've been working on getting my weight down since last September, and I'm about halfway to where I want to be (chances are I won't actually make goal weight before we start TTC, but that's okay). I'll probably start taking pre-natals in a couple months. And I've been reading up on pregnancy and parenting because I tend to be a bit anxious, and I think it'll help to know as much as I can going in.

We've only had just the discussion sorting out the timing, so I'm now researching what to do in the WTT period! All this year I have been working on weight and fitness for my wedding this month, so I'm in a happy place, body-wise. I guess what I need to know is any vaccinations that I need to make sure are up to date, what particular pre-natal vitamins would be helpful, and to start on bloody Kegels! This is TMI but I already have a weak bladder, so I think that's something I want to work on. :P

Mainly working on fitness levels, I want to be a lot fitter for next pregnancy, so i can keep up the exercise whilst pregnant I gained weight with my first child, not heaps, but this time I want to gain as little extra weight as possible, and be strong for labor! Also trying to get into a better headspace then I am now. I tend to hold a lot of anxiety, and want to be more relaxed before I get pregnant again.

When we get closer to our TTC date, I also will start pre natals plus folic acid, and start maca too
