Anyone successfully tried supplements to prevent morning sickness?

I was sick the whole way through my last pregnancy although the first 4 months were the worst. Now I have a toddler I worry about being that sick again and not being able to do everything I need to for them whilst being ill. I have researched about magnesium and zinc supplements for 3 months before pregnancy and how theat can help and wondered if anyone else has tried successfully or otherwise?

No experience with the supplements, but just thought I'd tell you that I had horrible "all day" sickness with my DS 1. I lost a lot of weight and felt like I got run over by a semi truck. Then when I got pregnant with DS 2 I expected it to start every day and it never did! I wasn't even naseous! Magnesium and Zinc are both good for you so I would't think it would hurt anything to try.

Thank you. I keep hoping that would be the case but worry I could even be worse! You never know until you do it I guess but it's really putting me off trying!!!
