Persona contraception monitor, Any thoughts?

Hi all,

I’m currently on the implant and really want it taken out to give my circles a chance to get back to normal before TTC

. My DH is a little apprehensive about this as we are not due to TTC until Summer 2011 and he is worried about contraception

I don’t want to use a hormonal contraceptive for the above reason

and I’m also unable to use condoms because of an allergy

So during my investigations I have come across the persona contraception monitor and wondered if anyone had used it and what they thought. I like the fact it is hormone free

will help me plot my cycle

and then when we come to TTC we can use it the other way round Any thoughts

?

I used the ClearBlue Fertility Monitor and temping to help me conceive Max. It can take a while to see a pattern though especially just after after fake hormones. You might want to check out Taking Charge Of Your Fertility (book/info online) as the completely natural way.

i bought one off of here, so far i have so many red days, if i were using this for BC i would be terrified! lol. I hope it really does get better as the time goes on, because we were planning to use it as BC after we get pregnant and were going to use it to actually get that way now.

I understand that the first month you do get alot of reds, it's apparently just to check your circle. Good luck with it. I think I'm going to wait till after christmas and get the holidays out the way if i need to be a good girl for so long. XXX
