We tried and had 3 miscarriages because I have LPD. So my doctor has put me on birth control for 6 months since I do have PCOS and it's possible it caused my LPD. I need clomid and possibly progesterone to get pregnant so that's the route we will take in March when we start trying.

Hi, we are waiting, not because we want to, but because my gyno says so, we have to wait until she can find out what is happening with my body and why i keep loosing my pregnancies. So its a very frustraiting waiting game!

We're waiting as we need to get a bigger flat and as our mortgage runs out next year it's better for us to move then. It also gives us a bit more time to save.

I had my first 2 girlies whilst at uni (a second degree, so I started when I was 30) and so haven't had any maternity (unless 2 for the first and 4 weeks for the second count) time or- more importantly, maternity pay.
Ideally I'd like a 18 month gap again, but I won't start earning any money until august this year (exams pending!) and you have to have worked for 12 months to get the nearly full pay whilst being off. I also have a training program I have to fit into and we aren't allowed more than 4 weeks of sick/ maternity/paternity/anything otherwise we have to repeat the year, so ideally (again) I'd like to wait until I have passed that point...

.... But I don't want to!!! It's going to take a LOT of will power to wait at least until august ( to qualify for pay) and January ( to not have to repeat my training year).

Hope that makes sense?!

Hey, I'm in the same situation as both of you too! Thinking about stopping pills this month. I was wondering how you both feel about potentially sitting final exams etc potentially 6 months pregnant. Also, would other students be weird do you think, if we were pregnant in class?

Hi!! I'm new around here. The hubby and I are waiting really for timing reasons, with my job it is easiest to be off work during the summertime, so we are planning on having a baby June 2012, so we need to wait, logistically, until July or August 2011 to even start trying. I'm also in the process of losing weight and would like to be down another 40lbs or so before trying, just to give us the best chance of getting pregnant easily with few complications!

Purely down to money. Need a better paid job to fund a mortgage, and decent maternity pay!
