Sorry I have been MIA! I went out of town for the weekend and just got back!
You need to get a basal body thermometer and sign up for Fertility Friend.com..it will tell you everything you need to know and it has a course to teach you! I really like it!

ive not been on here much either!! I will start charting as soon as I start my period. Ive been on the metformin for 2 weeks and still no af its been over 2 months since my last one. Im feeling terrible. I think this met is causing me to be very bloated feeling. Im wondering if it will subside? is it necessary to wait for my period to start charting?

You might ask for Provera. That's what most docs give to jump start AF.
Metformin can make you feel bloated. I feel bloated on it sometimes especailly after upping the dose.
You can start charting immediately just to get the hang of it. Your temps during AF don't really count so it's just extra practice.

I think I may have ovulated on my own the other day not for sure! I havnt been using opk lately but monday I had some EWCM and some cramping and bloating. I used an opk i had left over and the 2 lines were very close in color and the next day the lh line was a lot lighter. Ive heard the surge line drops afterwards so maybe hopefully I did!!! if i was temping i would have a better idea!

LOL It's all good! When you have cramps when you ovulate it's called mittelschmerz, so it all sounds like your body is working hard!

Temp temp temp! I'm gonna start temping in a month so, but I gotta get off the pill first...
