Best Place to go for Advice? (UK)

Hi everyone. Me and OH are hoping to start TTC in January and I was wondering where the best place is to go and get advice - as in, supplements I should take, health advice etc. Do you just generally go to your GP? or are you supposed to go somewhere else like a family planning clinic or something? Any advice on where to go or what to take would be really appreciated Also any general TTC do's and dont's would be great too

lol just what sort of supplements it's best to take, and any ttc tips and tricks, things I should avoid doing/ start doing etc. We're hoping to start TTC on New Years Eve so I'm getting ready

I went to my gp but I had read so much on here and the internet that I already knew the things he told me to do.

He said, take folic acid, exercise, eat healthy. With ttc, dtd every other day 4 days either side of ovulation. I saw a picture of him with quite a few children so I think he must know what he was talking about. Lol.

go to your GP to get a blood test to check if you're still immune to Rubella (one thing you can't do on here unfortunately!)
