i was going to ask the same thing for me

im going to wait til 12 weeks before telling we told family at 5 weeks with #1
not to use being pregnant an excuse to eat junk,
go to exercise classes such as yoga
get straight back on weightwatchers about a week after giving birth for 2 reasons so i eat and so i dont pile on the lbs (didnt eat alot the first week with #1 didnt do me any good)

* I am going to resist the temptation to find out the sex at 12 week scan
* Tell immediate family at 12 weeks but not tell friends and everyone else until I really have to
* Eat less junk food in pregnancy
* Cloth nappies from the start next time round

For me:

*Not tell until 12 weeks at least. Everyone knew straight away last time.
*Not find out the sex.
*Organise support to establish BF after birth in advance.
*Tell them that under no circumstances are they to come near me with pethidine in labour.

-Trying to wait until 20 odd weeks before telling people
-Preparing better for baby (DH kept putting me off when I said we needed to buy things) I will be getting a La Bassine pool to birth in..
-...and on that note, having a successful homebirth! Sticking with hypnobabies better.
-Cloth diapering as a newborn.
-Sticking with breastfeeding for longer if possible.
-Babywearing more from birth.
-Preparing better for postpartum.

*Rest when I can - I didn't last time and my little boy had stopped growing which think was due to stress
*Not tell people until I'm 12 weeks gone, everyone knew the minute I knew last time
*Use cloth nappies
*Not tell people his/her name
*Be more prepared but don't buy things because it "sounds good" seriously a bottle warmer? Waste of 12
