Holidays and Broodiness

So as it is getting close to the holiday season, and it's raining; I'm getting reflective.

I've found that around the holidays (all of them not just Christmas) I start to get broody. I'm trying to figure out how to combat it, but haven't found any cure yet other than being busy. What about you all? Do you get broody around Christmas? If you do have you found a way to combat it? Lemme know! ^_^

Ah what makes me broody is when i'm out shopping and see all the little boys and girls queuing up to see Santa in his grotto.

And those little Christmas outfits you can buy for babies, beyond cute!

I feel your pain! I am broody and so is my mom for me! It's bad this Christmas because my mom won't stop watching the Christmas shows (We're Jewish by the way) that have to do with babies and people having babies...and she keeps hinting that she's soo ready for a grandchild...Ugh! It's driving me insane! LOL I just keep myself busy like playing a game or reading a book like an Anne Rice novel or some nonsense like Douglas Adams. I'm working on making a scarf too...anything to keep my mind off of it!

I have two boys and have been super busy so I have not had that much time to think about it. I think it makes me think how much another mouth to feed will really cost. BUT so worth it!!!! Plus the closer it gets the closer it gets to time that we get to start trying!!
