Like a sledgehammer…..

Hi ladies just needed to chat……..

4-5 weeks ago my world was turned upside down when my SIL who is also my best friend nearly died. I have been so worried about her and spending all my time trying to help her out and get her well again that the baby thing has been the furthest thing from my mind. But now we know she is going to be fine (still has a long way to go but we can cope with that) and today the broodiness has hit me like a sledgehammer. I have been close to tears all day and it feels so hard. I only have 6 months to wait before we can TTC but AAaaarrrrhhhhhh.

I feel you guys are the only ones who understand and I just needed to vent, Thanks for reading guys.

Thank you all for your kind words. Unfortunatly SIL has had to go back into hospital but on the bright side it may make the broodyness go away again. LOL.

Hey Chickenchaser

Hope your SIL is on the mend. I know how you feel about life changing events, it can really change the TTC situation! I've lost a family member recently and our home/work situation has changed overnight. life can be an emotional roller-coaster without having broodiness thrown in for good measure!

The clouds will clear and it'll be TTC day soon! or at least that's what I'm hoping!
