Varicose veins

Mine are quite bad and I've never been pregnant. Any ideas how they will progress during pregnancy? Thanks

Anyone? Maybe someone who has been through pregnancy might know what happens... I know they can appear during pregnancy, but what if you have them to start with?

Varicose veins are supposed to get worse while pregnant because they are created mainly by a lot of stress on your legs. I got mine from BMX racing and motocross as well as the training for the 2 sports, but mine have actually gone down quite a bit. I found out I had a mc yesterday, but the varicose veins have significantly gone away. Be sure to drink lots and lots of water and get as much cardio exercise in as you can.

Mine are already really bad too. I plan on having them fixed after I have a baby.
