quick question about vit's!

Due to everyone around me being ill lately, and people at work dropping like fly's i have been taking multi vit's for my immune system, to keep healthy and germ free (and it's worked!) soo, hubby's asked me to start taking my pregnacare this eve, as he's now dead set on tryin in march but my question is, should i take both? or do u think there'll be enough vits in the pregnacare to keep me free from colds??!! not sure what to do!!
thanx in advance! x

pregcare should be enough but even if not would suggest stopping all none pregnancy once because they have stuff in them that are dangerous in pregnancy. hope this helps, if your worried up your dose of vit c this will work and wont harm your chances of getting pregnant or for future pregnancies.

really neve heard that we get chewies but seen swollow ones, i would watch the iron but it shouldn't cause to much hassle as alot of women are put onto it due to pregnancy causing them to be anemic.

If your not sure- maybe check with your pharmacist. They might be able to suggest something baby friendly that will help you keep the germs away too.
