taking femera 3 days into a miscarriage

i am a mom of a 2 and a half year old i had a miscarriage when he was 5 months old. I have been trying to get pregnant now for about 5 months i took clomid first two months then skipped a month doc didnt want to give me anything that month i usually have to take provera to start my periods due to PCOS and irregular periods. then i took femera for one month and the next month i had a hsg test done were they run dye threw your tubes to make sure there is no blockage and there was not on the 13 of this month i took 4 different at home pregnancy tests which all showed faint positives was very excited and happy called the doc he ordered a blood test which would show my hcg levels came back preggo with a hcg level of 36.97 which ment i was only bout 2 weeks preggo he was not sure bout them numbers so ordered another hcg blood test 3 days later my numbers went down to a 34.36 they are supposed to double every 48 to 72 hours and mine dropped i was very worried i wanted that baby so bad he said that i could have just been ovulating i dont believe that why would 5 different test show a positive and a blood test if was not iono what do you think. anyway on sunday i start having a lot of back pain and cramping i started bleeding ALOT lots of blood clots iono if it was a miscarriage or not i believe it might have been. i went and had my hcg levels checked the next day and they were under a 2 not pregnant and went to the doctor he told me i may of had a chemical pregnancy miscarriage but since i am bleeding go ahead and take femera on the third day of bleeding for 5 days so am i bleeding because i had a miscarriage or is it a period and if it is because of miscarriage will the femera work this time i thought you had to wate till first normal period i am very confused please help sorry this was so long thought i should tell my whole storey so it could be understood better thank who ever reads this

I'm really sorry hun for your previous miscarriage and for what's going on right now if it is/was a miscarriage although it does sound like an early one to me.

I'm totally clueless about the medication and have no personal experience but didn't want to read and run.

'hugs' and I hope you get that little baby you want!

Xxx

Thanks hun, I know a little about clomid as my friend took it to help her conceive.
Well I hope somebody here can help you answer your question although I thought clomid (and I'm guessing other fertility drugs) had to be taken on specific days of your cycle? If that's right then I can see your problem as you don't know what day you're currently on.

Good luck!

Oh and thank you, I obviously think she's gorge!

Xxx
