Don't hate me - I know it's Xmas but...


I know it's Christmas and we're all faced with chocolates and dessert squares and booze CONSTANTLY at this time of year, and really this shouldn't be able to happen to anyone but...

I LOST TWO POUNDS THIS WEEK! That makes 7 total which marks my first mini-goal! Woo Hoo!

I just had to share with someone so thanks for reading! I've gone from 172 to 165 and next goal is to be in the 150's (at 158) and hope to do that by Vday! I'm having a solo xmas this weekend so I guess I will have to keep myself in check with what I eat. I bought lots of cheese and have lots of chocolate, but I may be obsessed with that scale every morning! LOL

All right!!! That's fantastic! That's not a reason for hatin' but a reason for celebrating! (sorry.. I'm a dork). Good for you for being able to stick to your goal as this tricky season rolls around.

Well done! I reached my goal weight a couple of months ago but this last week I have gone crazy with the Christmas food. I'm going to pig out and then back to the diet to loose the christmas weight.

Remember only to weigh yourself once a week and let yourself have occasional treats. Good luck.

Thanks and good job to you too for reaching your goal weight. I do believe in not dieting at xmas (but I'm trying not to overdo it as well). I have full intentions on enjoying all the cheese (well not all, but all kinds of them) and all the chocolate and goodies I have bought for myself. There are other things other than food I'm spoiling myself with in order to make this solo Christmas feel special so the eating shouldn't be too bad. As long as I don't allow myself to feel too lonely, I won't overindulge!
