I have IBS too and I used to have a problem with breakfast in the mornings. I start with something small and went from there. I still don't eat too much but I feel better for sure.

Slimfast in the morning is better than nothing! I used to eat at work so that put all my meals back a bit...

ladies ive decided to start skipping rope, i used to do this alot when getting ready for my wedding. I figured it will work as it can be done indoors when little girls asleep. Wish me luck i shall be starting after the new year.

wii fit is really good. It shows any weight loss at all. (what I mean is even if you only lost .1 of a pound it shows up.

Sorta like jumping jacks! It will help. ANY extra exercise is good!

When you go to work, park at the very back parking each day. Just that little extra walking adds up.

At work, if there's a long way to someone's office or bathroom or kitchen or whatever. Take it. No shortcuts.

When you get groceries, park in the back, not the closest parking place.

When you iron or fold clothes, march in place. Same with washing dishes if possible.

Even things like making sure to make the bed every morning/etc adds up the calories.

Little by little, the small changes make a rather large difference.

skipping worked wonders last time but i did also jog and done skipping after my jog.

Glad it helped..and hope it does this time for you!

I do the Alternate Day Diet..and I lost 30 lbs just before I got pregnant doing it..it was amazing! I'm back on it now that I had my LO.

I am WTT as I really want to lose a stone before we TTC baby no 2. We are hoping to start in March. I am starting my diet tomorrow.
