We are also waiting till a wedding abroad in cyprus before TTC. This is in june and i have no intention of taking condoms with us!! :-)

To me thought TTC is just not using any contraception, but on here that seems to be NTNP. So that what we shall do as soon as the plan lands!

on the drinking side of things, I'm T Total so dont have to worry about that.

But my friend went out on a heavy night drinking and found out she was pregnant the next day! Shes due in april! xx

I drank over 4 bottles of champagne in early pregnancy (obviously I didn't know I was pregnant at the time!!) As long as your not drunk out of your face every day, you'll be fine!!
Like I said I don't drink a lot so I'm not going to miss it and drinking can reduce your fertility and we are going to need all the help we can get but it is my choice I wouldn't judge anyone else for doing it. I do believe that you shouldn't drink when you are pregnant though. But again thatís me and I wouldnít push it on anyone else. Your Body, Your Baby, Your decision, Your consequences.

Just to add this will be my final post here as I don't want it to turn into an ethical discussion on should I should I not drink when pregnant.

Notjustyet, good luck with your WTT it is hard but Iím sure it will be worth it and I look at it as training for those months when TTC and itís not going to plan.

Thanks everyone - I'm just going to go with the flow and see what happens. There's no use in worrying about it because the likelihood is I won't get pregnant on the first go anyway!

I think Christmas is just one of those times when you think about family and broodiness is at its worst! It doesn't help that my sister has just announced she's pregnant so everyones really excited about having a little one running about the place.

July's going to be a tough month!!
