I had my names picked out, and then I met OH and he doesn't like them we do have a small agreed list, but I'm keeping them under my hat more girls than boys though!

I have one boys name that we are pretty much set on, it's Ashley.

Girls are harder because there are so many pretty names, the ones I like are:

Felicity
Elsa
Hazel
Holly
Bianca
Cordelia

Girls>>
Carina (I really wanted to name Elyse this.. but OH says it reminds him of that Whoopie Goldberg movie, CORRINA CORRINA.. totally different, Carina is Italian lol)
Peyton
Violet
Sophie (probably will never use as it is very popular)
Ava
Alys, Elsa (won't use -- too similar to Elyse)
Evelyn
Vanessa (OH hated it when I was pregnant with Elyse now likes it)
Elodie

Boys>>
James (OH loves and it's his grandfather's name, it would probably be this one if we had a boy even though I don't like or dislike it)
Dominic (my favourite boys' name but he has an uncle and cousin's hubby with this name so we won't use)
does Carina mean gentle or nice? My auntie always used to say it when we were petting next doors cat in Italy or have a new dress
I love italian names but i want something that isnt too unusual in the UK.
"che carina" means how cute/how sweet/cute like you would say it to a little girl dressed up definitely or a kitty maybe It means beloved I think on the baby name websites.. so I think it's a great name for a little girl, I would say it means "sweet little beloved girl" hehe.

I really like Daniella (but it's so common where I live), Liana & Giada.. Giada is a bit too Italian for us though, OH is half Scottish half Italian so our children will all have a Scottish last name lol

I KNOW I like Holly for definate for a girl (praying for a christmas 2011 baby!) but for the life of me can't think of any boys names I like!

Threads like these are great for helping me with some ideas!

Lily Mae

Madeline

Boys:
