Early Af

Does anyone know what can cause and early af? I know stress can delay af.
I usually have a 35 day cycle but about a year ago I started getting a regular af again after irregular af for about a year. But when they were irregular they were always longer and the shortest I got was 32 days when my af started getting regular again.

But my last cycle was only 28 days and just like my other cycles - actually it was more painful!

A bit long there but I wanted to include as much information as I could.

Thanks in advance xx

Didn't want to read and run but don't really have an answer for you either! Suppose things like diet, vitamins, exercise and lifestyle can all play their part in affecting cycles?

Alot of different things can effect ur AF's, as said above, changes in diet, stress levels, exercise changes, and medication. Id say if u get really worried then go see ur nurse/doctor, im sure they could put ur mind at ease

Thanks everyone for your comments!

I was over thinking things (as usual) but yeah it could easily be any of the above.

Recently, I've been trying to exercise more and I have lost a considerable amount of weight (in a good way) and also some medical issues are starting to get regulated, and one of these when out of control can cause irregular and long af's. So a combination of all these have probably contributed.

Thank you everyone x
