I am SOO relieved I am not the only one who is in this situation! I was really worried about mentioning this as I quite often get 'Oh man I wish i was in your situation', I often feel 'no, no you don't'.

I'm a little bit bigger than you are but am still pretty tiny! My aims are to gain aout half a stone as well, but it's SO hard as everything I eat just doesn't gain me any weight. I'm also wheat/gluten/dairy intolerant so as mentioned above I also cook everything from scratch so am SUPER aware what goes into my body.

Eat more, gain weight, and rest up (due to another health condition) is my plan!
Yes! I get people saying they'd love to have my problem and I always think no you don't, i'd love your tits and ass! I put on 3 and a half stone when I was pregnant and within 8 weeks I was back at my pre-pregnancy weight when it would've been nice to keep a bit of it on. I think my body just likes being at this weight though . Nothing I eat helps me put on weight either no matter what I do but at least we're trying eh!

Thanks for that kind of put my mind at slight ease, just hear so many sad stories about people older needing IVF and stuff and we could never afford any of that!
Also my mother had early menopause and suffered a lot of miscarriages and was really sick and in hospital, one of my sisters has had miscarriages (6yrs younger) and my other sister (4yrs younger) has had horrible pregnancies with being in hospital sick all the time, I just really worry about my chances!

Also everyone else on here worrying about WTT seems to be a lot younger than I am!

guess I am just being silly

Normal to be a bit nervous if you've seen family members go through a rough time You've got good odds that you'll be fine!!! Keep in mind that additional stress can also be detrimental to TTC'ing... And I agree, I've also noticed that a lot of women on here are much younger and worrying, but I'm not sure why

Oh and I forgot to mention, a lot of the couples I see with infertility issues needing IVF are in their 20's, it's not just older couples!

I'm taking folic acid, going to the gym 2-3 times a week and thinking about eating more healthily. I also have to have some fillings before I TTC
