I feel like this sometimes but i just keep thinking it wont be too much longer. Just think of all the things you wont be able to do when LO is here. Like long hot bubble baths and chilling on the sofa. Thats what i do i feel like i cant cope anymore.

overthemoon - my OH is the same he loves how we are right now and i do too, i think hes afraid that we will dramatically change if we had a baby and i guess in a way we will change, who doesnt its life changing. He feels pressured too and when i talk to him about the broodiness too much we just end up fighting too (nice to hear we're not the only ones who have fought over it) Im glad he's coming around to the idea then i hope my OH will do soon, i just dont want to get my hopes up. Yesterday when he was over we was messing about and he said i have to wait 12 months now, i said no chance u said june/july and we are sticking to that! lol i think he was just winding me up but still was like a needle in my eye.

PrincessKay - thanx chick, i am trying to focus on other things at the moment like losing weight and work and trying to learn to drive before we start trying but somedays are alot lot worse than i am today, those are the days i want to cry all day x

Don't you think the whole thing comes in cycles? I mean some days I can be unbelievably broody, there is no way I can wait even another hour! Then some days it's bearable and I can get by thinking yeah TTC won't be far away. Then there are days where I feel so depressed, I don't want to leave the house.

I hope I'm not the only one

Our neighbour has just brought home their newborn boy today, it's hard to watch the balloons and friends/family coming and going!
This was me a year ago!! We'd had to abandon TTC and it was so hard.
Now that we are in the situation that we wanted to be in with my uni course and OH's work, it's a lot easier and things have fallen into place.
I promise you - it'll get easier. xxx

its horrid, but compared to where we were 2 yrs ago i can only hope that things are changing for the good, so that keeps me going when i feel down.
but its so hard atm as all my friends are having their 1st or 2nd and i just feel like 'when will it be me?'

ah well, we have to keep our chins up and fingers crossed!!

I was in your exact position this time last year. OH had given me a TTC date and then took it away which broke my heart. Then we got a surprise bfp and once he got usded to the idea he was excited and is now the proudest dad ever.

What im trying to say is try to keep your chin up as you never know whats round the corner.

Yes I was just thinking about this, I have had some very low times whilst being broody BUT does anyone agree that broodiness can be a postive think if you think about it logically. It makes me so happy to know that one day I will be a mum and it will feel amazing! xx
