The only remedy i've found is getting pregnant Not very helpful I know! I dont think anything can take away those maternal instincts once they are there xxxx

I often think we do have a switch, we just have no
control over it. Always broody but man or man sometimes it is worse. The last 24 hours and I suspect the rest of the day are the worst I have had this month that's for sure.

I've managed quite well to distract myself by focussing on the things I want to do ready for a baby, then I spent yesterday with a new born and now I really just want to cry!!!!!

it just seems so unfair, I am struggling today to see how waiting for things to be better is worth it!!!!

My poor oh is going to have a very sulky wife today, luckily he mostly understands!! Xx

Yes, if there is a switch there is no control over it. I do not know about you lot but it gets worse around the time I (suspect I) am ovulating.

For me it is a battle between broodiness and common sense, half of me just wants to shout "Screw it, I want to try NOW!" and the hard part is stopping myself. I am starting to get the feeling that DH does not care as much about waiting as he did too which does not help.
