Periods Ahhhh! sorry :-$

Ok I was wondering, how do you girls deal with period pain? Are yours quite painful?

Mine are sore, but not unbearable. I usually promptly reach for the painkillers though, so I can get on with things.

I'm also thinking, if I'm diving for the painkillers for period pain, how am I going to cope with labour

Yeah! it's like our bodies are practicing or something!

I wonder if I was able to go without painkillers it'd help me learn to cope with pain better, but I never manage, I'm always straight to the cupboard for the ibuprofen

I have a pretty high pain tolerance, so I try not to take any medication during period pains. Once and awhile I give in.
