Just a general thought... I wonder if it's just me?

I wonder if anyone has names picked out ready, and all you can do is think about the name constantly, which makes you even broodier and want the TTC to start a.s.a.p!

I do. I'm in love with the name

Iona-Noelle

and I keep saying it over and over again in my head. I cant help it.

Is it just me?

Unforntunatly OH doesnt like Iona-Noelle, but i'll have over a year to convince him. lol.

We both have separate boys names we favour, although we both like each others favourite too.

OH likes Reuben and I like Lokai

So again another battle. But he never comes up with the names, I do and then he gets stuck on the one name. Dread to think what he would suggest. lol

I s'pose talking about it on here doesnt help, will make us all broodier, but atleast I can ramble about babies on here and not worry. lol. I keep talking about it to my mum, and I swear she thinks we must be pregnant again as I keep asking loads of questions. lol

Haha - not just you!!! We have two boys names ( Austin is prob our fav) but although we have talked girls names we seem to find this much harder to agree on!!!

We both loved the name willow but my family were really down on it, which upset me!! I like the name Anastasia, Anya for short like in the Disney film - oh not convinced - mainly I think due to the Disney connection - which I'd like to point out isn't why I like it !

No harm in thinking about it but yes makes me more broody!! Xx

DH thinks I am made for naming our un-conceived child but we have them picked and agreed on. We have Jacob Robert for a boy (I wanted Jacob as a middle name for DS and DH did not like it as a middle name and Robert is after a family member). For a girl it would be Emily Elizabeth (we had Emily in mind for a girl before and Elizabeth is both mine and DH's Mum's middle name).

It's definitely not just you, don't worry!

I did this all the time before I fell pregnant and do it now while we wtt for number 2. We like Savannah or Sienna for a girl and Mason or Jenson for a boy (I like Mason, oh likes Jenson although we do both like both)!

X

It's not just you! Hubby and I are constantly thinking of names. I have a number of favourites and if I see one I like then I'll be straight on the websites looking at meanings etc! We seem to be spoiled ofr choice for girls but struggle with boys. We were the same with Earl, and I dread to think as we've kind of scuppered ourselves with having Earl as a name. Nothing goes with it! lol

We are 100% definite on our boys name, it's Ashley John. As for girls names I've been 100% definite on about 20 names so far as there are so many names I like. I will be umming and ahhing for a long time yet. DH is hoping we have a boy just so I stop asking him his opinions on girls names for a while! Every film or TV programme we watch I pick up on names and ask him what he thinks! So no you're not alone and I walk home from the train station thinking of the name Ashley John!

Love all the names by the way.
