I'm obsessed by names

at the moment.

My little sis has two kids. She called the boy Jett and the girl Willow and she called her cat Conor LOL

I keep thinking up new names that will suit a baby. I would love to have a girl. Is that terrible to say.
Anybody else obsessed with choosing baby names?

Me! I'm a complete name nerd! I have countless jotters full of lists and name combinations!

Choosing a name for a child is a massive decision .. There is no harm in being prepared!

I love Willow!

I don't know if you know it but this is my favourite name website! .. The test drive bit is quite fun!

I've always been obsessed by names!

I was while I was pregnant with Summer. For any future babies we like Sienna or Savannah for a girl and Mason or Jenson for a boy!

I have a list on my computer which I am constantly adding to and deleting ones I change my mind on. We have already picked a boys name. So yeah, I may be obsessed!

OH and I have picked the girls name and both agree on it being first name: Isabella middle name: Aileen (after his grandmother who is no longer with us) or Issy for short and we both want a girl but boys names are so much harder for us to think of and agree on at the moment we are agreed on Charlie but that would likely change! problem is our surname is a hard one to match with lol

We agreed on our girls name pretty much straight away

I too have a hard time with boys names and I don't even have an OH to veto my choices!

I know the middle names (there's always two for the boys in my family) will be William Anthony after my late grandpa and my late dad respectively. I prefer names with two syllables that end in N. I fell in love with Grayson years ago but it's getting to be popular and I always shy away from ANYTHING popular. I'm thinking about Egan now. Or Jenson, but I always wanted Jensen for a girl so it's hard to think about it for a boy. Plus would it be wierd to have my son's name Jenson? Jen's son?

For a girl I now love Faren and am still choosing between some middle names (either Elise, Rose, or Bea - or maybe just the letter B after my late grandma, Beatrice who went by Bea). I told my mom about my choice of Faren and she made a crack about it making it clear she doesn't like it. I wish she hadn't done that. It's my choice ultimately but I know my mother and if I named my daughter or son something she didn't like, she'd talk about it to everyone how stupid she thinks the name is. I love my mom, she's my biggest supporter but I saw her do this with my little brother when he had his son.

Anyway, when I picture me with my daughter, I'm imagining calling her Faren so that will probably stick. Still undecided on the boys name though. Sorry for the book!
