Wow, its all been happening!!

Hey ladies,
Sorry ive been quiet since i joined, something im not very good at usually !!! ha ha!!
Just things have been super busy for me.
My OH and I have found our dream wedding venue, and are just waiting to call the registrar tomorrow morning, to see if they can marry us on the date we want, 24th September. .
So we have decided to start TTC after my June AF.
Itching for it to come quicker, but I suppose i'll be busy wedding planning between now and then.
So 4 months to go for me!!
Also a quick question, does anyone know, will I have to go for one appointment and ask them to take my coil out, before they actually will?
Hope your all doing ok, and the waiting isn't too bad.
I will start trying to reply more asap
xxxx

Also, forgot to say my rant bit. My mother really cheesed me off earlier. I was saying that I will be 25 / 26 when I become a Mummy. She gave me a funny look, and said more like 27 you need to have brought a house first. WTF?!?!
It really upset me and pissed me off. She doesnt know our plans, but I'm more than ready to be a Mum, we have a beautiful 2 bedroomed flat with garden, so what if we rent, Grrr!!! Anyone else experienced anything like this, its really hurtful, and I then start worrying about her reaction when I tell her I'm pg. xx

Hi hun, WTT is tough isn't it? When I had my coil out last October, the nurse removed it there and then. I made a Dr appt but the dr I was given that day was actually male and not able to do it. Luckily the practice nurse was available and that was that.

Like you, Im nervous about what my family will say if I fall pregnant again...... and I'm 29 with 2 kiddies already! Personally, I'd say do what your heart tells you to do because it's your life. I have a council flat and certainly don't see the need to buy my own home to have a family. I'm sure once she realises that she is going to be a nanny, her thoughts will be different

Hey! You sound like your in exactly the same situation as me We are getting married August 25th so a month before yours and we are looking to TTC that month-ish so was going to book an appointment to find out when to take the coil out. We were thinking June or July. The only thing i don't want is for my cycle to come back and be on my period for the wedding :/ but i suppose you can't really plan those kind of things lol

We live in a 2 bed rented house with a large garden and we are more than happy to continue to TTC. Its completetly unfeesable for us to buy a house at the moment and is prob a few years off for us. I don't see a problem with rented myself xxx

WHAT!? I can't believe your mom would say that. As long as there is room for baby why does it matter? lol We own a home and honestly I kind of miss renting because there is so much more space to clean and if something breaks I can't just call the front office and have them fix it while we are at work. Plus when I rented I got my front walk shoveled for FREE! lol. Congrats on the wedding and TTC soon!
