when i was in hospital i was told i would be a very good candidate for a vbac next time round but the thought of going through an emergancy section again really worries me as i would rather have a planned section but then i would also love to experience a vbac

we went to Winchester. Will be interesting to see how each hospital deals with VBAC'ers.

There is a few ladies on here who have had a successful VBAC with a small distance between babies, i posted about it here http://www.babyandbump.com/baby-club...ac-mummys.html.[/QUO

yeah it will and thank you for the information fingers crossed when it comes down to it we can have a vbac

I know how you feel, with a VBAC i feel like at least i would have given it a go even if it results in a section again, but it really does depend on the reasons for having the 1st section in the first place for some people weather it's worth it or not.
Between now and then you have a good amount of time to think about it, not long until the TTC begins!!

hi i would of loved a vbac but had 2emcs and 2planned which the last one ended in a emcs..
i hated the emcs as no controll but the planned was lovely and no pressure or added worry..
i was told the risk was too high for a vbac big babbies, scar tearing, and rupture uterius..
this is my story but i know theres alot of successful vbacs..

Hello

I had a section nearly 3 years ago to my first son after a 36 hour labour. I got to fully dilated and after 3 hours of pushing he wouldn't come out. I then had a failed forceps and vontose delivery. The label failure to progress was given to me.

2 years 6 weeks later i gave birth to my second son naturally. My Vbac was the most amazing experience of my life. To overcome the negativity and do it was amazing.

If you have any questions ill happily answer them if i can x
