I know when I am ov'ing by me cm - TMI (cervical mucus!). It becomes a lot more noticeable, and I quite often feel wet down there! Other than that I have no idea! This is the 2nd month I have been watching my cycle, and I have an approx 28-30 day cycle and ov bang in the middle! I would say as long you as have sex every 2-3 days you will catch!

I went to the docs last week because after charting for a couple of months I was worried that my LP wasn't long enough. The doctors advice was that as long as you're having a regular cycle then that's a good indicator that you're ovulating. Her advice was to stop charting and when it comes to ttc just make sure you have sex every 3 days.

I think I'm going to take her advice as you read so many things about the more relaxed about it you are the easier it is!

When TTc that's not always the best thing to do (apparently!). Not 100% on reason, but I think it's something to do with the production of swimmers.

I know when I ovulate because I get like a almost gushing down there for a few hours and get EWCM which stretches more than three inches. I have been ovulating on cd 16/17 recently and when we start TTC we will make sure we keep up with our once a day dtd sessions (which we do anyway most of the time ) hehe

x

I've been charting my temps since August and I ovulate very regularly on cd16-18 (on average cd18). Temperature wise my temps are low throughout my follicular phase and actually dip even lower for a couple of days right before I Ovulate so that's my first sign. I also go from watery cm to very stretchy ewcm (recently started having grapefruit in my fertile time and it brings out ALOT of ewcm - I was shocked at how much more I had!). So that's sign number 2. I also feel ovulation pain. Until I started charting I never noticed it, but now that I know to expect to ovulate in a day or two when my ewcm comes and my temps drop, I totally feel sharp pains in one side or another and know that it's O Pain. So that's sign number 3. And sign number 4 is insomnia. I used to think I had random bouts of insomnia, but since charting I realize that it is always only for one night and it's on the day (or night before) I ovulate. Crazy! All of these signs are confirmed by a temperature rise right after O and a positive OPK right before. So there you go! Sorry for the book! LOL
