I think for your first one you'd be fine with clever clothing until 12 weeks. BUT...once your uterus has stretched out once, i'm pretty sure they say you show more sooner with number 2.

I know that lady above said about the latter babies not showing but i think thats the exception rather than the rule.

My friend found it very hard to hide number 2 before 12 weeks. very tricky!

i dont know what i'd say if someone asked me outright if i was pregnant because i was starting to show before 12 weeks. i guess just look hurt and say something about having been eating alot recently.

I have a big fat belly anyway so a little bit more won't make any difference
Seriously though I would probably just wear loose clothes that don't fit tight around the stomach. I mostly wear that kind of clothes anyway.

Interesting about what people are saying about baby #2, very interesting to know!

I Didn't tell my work colleague until i was 12 weeks. I'm 5ft2 and a size 8, i got a bloat bump but didn't really start showing through clothing until i was about 18-20 weeks, after that i got MASSIVE and ended up having a 9lb 3 1/2oz baby!!

Like others have said everyone's bumps grow differently

Yeah.. I'm not sure how I'll hide the bump.. I have a pretty small build so I think there is the potential for the bump to be noticeable fairly early.
oooh we'll have to wait and see!

I can't wait to have a little bump.

Thankfully I was in the early stages of pregnancy during the winter so just wore big sweatshirts. Which wasn't much different than what I'd normally wear in the winter. I'm all about my comfort. I didn't start really showing until 14 weeks. Before that I just looked bloated.

I figure I am just going to have to wear alot of empire waisted tops/sweater dresses - which I do wear now but will just have to start wearing them more often. Which just might blow my cover right there. It should be fall/winter so hopefully it wont be too hard.

I don't know but I just hope and pray I don't get big right off the bat.
I am exactly the same, 5 ft 4, and 100 lbs and I didnt show till I was 14 weeks...nobody knew

I showed quite quickly especially my boobs they grew loads. I wore lots of floaty tops and got away with people thinking I'd put on a bit of weight. Next time I'd quite like to keep a secret till about 15 weeks we will see though

I didn't get a bump until 24 weeks and even then a sweater hid it just fine. At 12 weeks I went kayaking, and my bathing suit fit perfectly because there was nothing to hide yet.
