Still wondering...

Hi all! I've been on here a few days & had posts in the Introduce Yourself forum. Long story short: My husband & I are not actively trying, but recently thought I was pregnant. Ovulated March 9th...within a few days was feeling moody, cramps, twinges in pelvic area, lower backache, exhausted. Was supposed to get AF on Wed the 16th. But on Monday, the 14th, got some brown CM. The next day still more brown, but also some light red. Lasted until Wed. Then it stopped. Took a test Friday, bfn. Saturday (19th) woke up at 3am, threw up. Felt ok Sat afternoon, but still have the tiredness, off & on upset stomach. Sunday morning woke up at 2am, threw up. Took a FRER test on Tuesday morning (13dpo), bfn. Still feeling tired all the time, lower back ache, I have been queasy off & on throughout every day. Today as I was fixing my son's lunch, I felt this pretty strong stretching sensation to the right of my belly button.

I am so confused! What is going on?!

hey didn't want to read & run but thinking maybe you should go see your doctor, I know that my sister was pregnant and it never showed on a POAS test she didn't know she was BFP until she had a blood test done!

Hope everything works out ok for you

Thank you for responding! I am on birth control, so I want to find out before I take too many. I know my husband thinks I'm imagining stuff since I've had several BFN's. I've been pregnant before, so I know some of the symptoms. The pulling at the belly button is something I have NEVER felt except when I'm pregnant. With my other kids, I never had a moment's morning sickness. The getting up 2 mornings in a row & throwing up within an hour of each other, really pushes me to think I am pregnant. What do ya'll think? Does it sound like pregnancy symptoms or my imagination?! Thanks! By the way, we are talking & planning on having a 3rd child, but would like to get some things in order first. Thank you, again!

I'd go to the doctor for a blood test. Perhaps your HCG levels are really low but you still are pregnant, or there is the risk of ectopic pregnancy.

I suppose it could be a stomache virus, maybe? who knows! anything's possible.

I agree with the above advice, it is possible to be pregnant and getting bfn's. Maybe a GP visit would be a good idea?
I wanted to add though, that when I was on microgynon, I felt ill all the time leading up to my 'period', with symptoms similar to what youre describing. Best thing I ever did was to stop taking the pill, I felt like a new woman when I stopped, and still do
Good luck and HTH xx

I got BFN's with DS for about 3 weeks of having symptoms so it can happen. Although I have felt like it a lot recently and even had that unmistakable "morning" sickness feeling but it was just stress. Maybe it is worth going to see your GP. hope all goes well.

Thank you for your replies! The feedback definitely helps. I think I'm gonna take a HPT next week, if it is a BFN, & I'm still having symptoms, I am going to go to my GP.

OmiOmen~ I saw your son's name was Joshua. My oldest son's name is Joshua Levi!

I'd go get tested at your GPs, but it could just be your BCP- I had loads of symptoms of pregnancy back in Jan and was convinced I was pg, never felt like that on the BCP before, but all BFN...so ended up putting it down to the BCP. Most of the symptoms subsided after a month. I don't get a period on my BCP, so always a little uncertain!

anniepie- Thanks for your response. Yeah, my body is usually like clockwork, so this is really throwing me off. I'm definitely gonna go see my GP, if I don't get a BFP next week.

I am 16dpo today. I am feeling lots of "tickling" sensations, & very light pulling, almost throbbing sensations right about the pelvic area!
